REALTY 2010 on track

What can you expect as an exhibitor at REALTY 2010?

REALTY 2010, the networking platform for the real decision makers in the Belgian real estate industry, is on track for a strong second edition:

Investors’ Program - about a 100 foreign investors are expected at the show, and the large domestic investors are invited as well.
Focus on corporate end-users - a Top 1,000 has been compiled of market leaders from the various industries (retail, logistic & transport, hotels ...) as well as governments (Buildings Commission, European Commission, Provinces, Mayors & Aldermen, Regional governments, ...) and domestic institutional investors.

Modified entry price - This year REALTY decided to reduce the entrance fee and launches, apart from the classic entrance ticket (€70 for the 3 days), a 1-Day Ticket for €50. Register here.

Online community - An online community has also been created so that real estate professionals can prepare their visitors to the maximum. You can now see who already registered and when they are planning on visiting the fair. It is an interactive platform - a blog - where everyone can raise specific real estate issues, and see how different organizations from the sector feel. An absolute must!

Support from political corner - Prime Minister Yves Leterme will officially open the trade show on Tuesday 18th May. European president Van Rompuy is on the REALTY Patronage committee this year along with Didier Reynders, Vincent Van Quickenborne, Benoît Cerexhe, Guy Vanhengel, Jean-Luc Vanraes and Yves Leterme.

Seminars & events - Every day there will be one keynote seminar, as well as several brief but directed sessions of a more technical nature which capitalizes on the considerable demand for detailed content. On the agenda: urban development in collaboration with ULI, with Barcelona as a case study (18/05); sustainability discussed from an international perspective (on 19/05); and retail real estate, a seminar for which the Top 200 retailers will be invited on May 20th.
In addition, a number of associations and institutional participants are also organizing their own seminars and events to further bolster the trade show: go to www.realty-brussels.com for the entire programme.
