Analysis of the office vacancy rates 2009

For the third subsequent year, the Planning Department of the Administration de l’Aménagement du Territoire et du Logement (AATL) and the Inventimmo Service of the Brussels Regional Development Agency (BRDA) combined their expertise and tools to forge a reliable statistical view on the stock of offices in the Brussels Capital Region. These efforts resulted in a new number of the Review of Office Property, in which the vacancy in office buildings in the various districts of the Brussels Capital Region is described, clarified and quantified.
