What's new for 2010

Successful première

With more than 3,000 participants at the first edition of REALTY in Brussels last spring, it is now clear to everyone that Belgium had an urgent need for its own real estate fair. The industry was rather hesitant at first but fortunately curious enough to “come and see it for themselves”.

Reactions from both visitors and exhibitors were remarkably positive:

Some statistics:

86% of exhibitors achieved their objectives for the show, and 78% told us right after the show they will again participate in 2010. Among participants we found primarily investors (46%), consultants (16%) and developers (14%).

What does REALTY 2010 offer you?

An exclusive networking platform REALTY is first and foremost a networking platform where you can meet high-level decision makers, as the entire Belgian real estate sector is present at the show. What’s more, full attention will again be dedicated to attracting a wide selection of foreign investors to the show.
Extensive side program of social occasions All social activities organized at the show (official opening, visits from politicians, small events organized by our exhibitors at their stand) will be published on the agenda board on our website.
