This presentation deals with the opportunity to create an investment fund with a view to financing energy-saving projects, by implementing renewable energy technologies in the property sector, and more specifically that of joint-ownership in Belgium. It deals more generally with the question of financing investments in the enhancement of energy efficiency in the property sector. This presentation will focus on one of the means of financing: third party investment, with analysis of an actual case example.
