Seminar Information

The focus of this session will be on financial and economical aspects of the REIT system in Belgium.

• In the first part of this session the key features of the Belgian REIT system as vehicle for real estate securitization will be discussed: creations of the REIT, hurdles, opportunities etc.
• In a second part, we will look back at gained experience and suggestions for the future. The most recent changes to the system will also be handled as well as the opportunities this will create.
