As doors closed on the first edition of REALTY, both exhibitors and visitors were already referring to it as a great success. After three days of networking in an atmosphere of trust, it was clear to everyone that a solid foundation has been laid for the future of REALTY as a forum that brings together the entire real estate sector.

What is REALTY ?
REALTY is Belgium's onlye real estate fair, offering a one-stop overview of the real estate business. REALTY, the International Forum for Real Estate, brings you into contact with all key players on the property market – all in one place, in just three days time.
What does REALTY offer you?
- An exclusive networking platform
REALTY is first and foremost a networking platform where you can meet high-level decision makers, as the entire Belgian real estate sector is present at the show. What’s more, full attention will again be dedicated to attracting a wide selection of foreign investors to the show.
- Extensive side program of social occasions
All social activities organized at the show (official opening, visits from politicians, small events organized by our exhibitors at their stand) will be published on the agenda board on our website.

International Investors' Program 2010
International investors are more than welcome at REALTY. Even better: they are invited to attend REALTY as a VIP visitor within the International Investors Program!
This program allows investors to explore the Belgian real estate industry, as REALTY is the only Belgian trade fair for real estate, making it the place to be if you are looking at investing in Belgian real estate projects or working with Belgian based companies:
