TICKETS - ONLINE REGISTRATION

The registration portal of REALTY will be available upon 15 January. A ticket to REALTY will be valuable for the 2 days of REALTY. Registration on the website is mandatory.

  • Click on ‘book your ticket now’ and complete all coordinates
  • Upload a valid photo. If you don't have a photo, you can upload a photo later or let it take on-site. Be aware you will have to pass by the registration desk.
  • If you would like to receive an invoice, please fill in all fields
  • After the registration and payment, you will receive your badge or temporary e-ticket by mail
  • Print this badge or e-ticket and bring it with you to the fair

A possible problem can be due to the high security level of your company. Our website and registration is best viewed in most up to date browser versions, therefore some features may not work properly on versions like Internet Explorer 6 and 7. Please consider upgrading your browser for a better experience.

You received a personal invitation from a partner or exhibitor?
Registration on the website is mandatory.

  • After the registration and payment, you will receive your badge or temporary e-ticket by mail
  • Print this badge or e-ticket and bring it with you to the fair

ONSITE REGISTRATION

Can I buy a ticket on-site?
On-site registration is possible during the fair at the registration desks only by card and no cash. The hostess will complete the registration and print your badge. To avoid waiting lines, please register online.

PAYMENT METHODS

What are the different methods of payment?
You can easily register online (url) and pay with:

  • Creditcard (VISA or MASTERCARD)
  • Bancontact/Mistercash

NOTE: Other payment methods such as bank transfers are not possible. On-site payment is possible by card. For security reasons, we cannot accept any credit card data via email.

INVOICE

If you would like to receive an invoice, please make sure to fill in the section ‘Would you like to receive an invoice?’ Fill in the correct billing company name, address and VAT-number.

Attention : After registration no modifications will be possible to the invoices neither will it be possible to request an extra invoice. Please fill in the correct address information. 


When will you receive your invoice?

Once registered, your original invoice is automatically sent by e-mail (within 5 working days).
A client copy will be sent by email to the company contact provided in the registration and if the email was provided to us.

CANCEL, ADAPT or REPLACE A REGISTRATION

I have bought a ticket, but I can’t be present. Can I cancel or adapt a registration?

Registration for REALTY is strictly limited to the registered person, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The registration can be transferred to another person of the same company by sending the changes to info@realty-brussels.com. To amend your registration details, please send them also to info@realty-brussels.com. After the modifications, a new e-ticket will be send to the correct e-mailaddress.

BADGE / TEMPORARY E-TICKET

When you come to REALTY you must have a photo on your visitor badge.
New this year: Fast lane badge!
We provide you with the opportunity to upload your photo(s) beforehand. That means no more waiting at the registration desks when you enter REALTY.
To receive your fast lane badge(s), you must upload a valid photo for each visitor.

  • Click on the button below ‘Complete the process for all visitors'
  • Upload a valid photo for each visitor
  • After uploading all photos, you can print the badge(s) and fold them
  • Show the badge with valid photo to the hostess(es) and you can easily enter by the fast lane

What if you don’t have a valid photo of all participants?
Don’t worry! Click on "Complete the process for all visitors" and choose the option: ‘I don’t have a valid photo during the process and we will complete this later. You will receive a temporary e-ticket, which is not a valid visitor badge. You can upload a valid photo later.
If you don’t do this, you’ll have to pass by the registration desk with your temporary e-ticket to have a picture taken.

The badges won’t be send by post, but you can collect them onsite.

I have not received the e-mail with badge/ temporary e-ticket?
If you didn’t receive your badge / temporary e-ticket please check in your spam folder and ensure your payment has been successfully delivered.
If your payment has been completed and you uploaded a photo or indicated to do it at a later time. Please send an e-mail with the request for resending the badge / e-ticket to realty@newco-be.com, including your company name and other personal details.

Can I retrieve my badge at the show if I don’t have my e-ticket?
If you don’t have your badge or temporary e-ticket, go to the registration desk with a valid ID to collect your badge. Mention the company name and/or other personal details. The hostess will try to find your registration and print your personal badge.
